Visiting London....

A couple of weeks ago, I met up with some American friends who had come over here on a  trip to the UK. As they were passing through London we went and met up with them, to show them some of my home town. Did we get far?  Well in an afternoon we saw some of my favourite museum- the V & A , a tea time trip to Harrods, and dinner in Covent Garden! All in an afternoon! I love the V & A and I was amazed to find one of my treasures I have collected over the years displayed there... I have this tin, although in a much more distressed look :(

I also made a little travelling book for Kristen as a gift, and was rather pleased with how it turned out...lots of distress ink, Tim's Alphaparts, The Artistic Stamper European map background, and some of my personal Tim stamps...

Have a creative day
{hugs}

The little tin is fabulous Jennie. You really did get to see a lot on your trip to London. I love the journal you made, your friend must have been thrilled with that. Hugs, Anne x

Wow Jennie, how lovely! And such a beautiful gift for your friend. If you ever feel the need for another V&A or 'cultured' London visit, or fancy a looky around Hampton Court Palace, which is 10 mins from where I am, let me know cause I'm always up for it! PS you make the best cottage pie, glad you had some spare last weekend! Suz xxx
