WOYWW 165-on holiday

It’s that Day again- Wednesday, and I am up early , as I didn’t pre write this post, and while I listen to the early morning birdsong, and the passing distant traffic, I can imagine I am on holiday, sitting on warm sand with the sea lapping at my toes…sadly I am still at home, with the only water the sound of rain, and the only sand that of the pile of building sand in my garden! Still, I like Wednesdays as it is the day of What’s On Your Workdesk, and Julia’s take on the life of a scrapper Smile My desk does have a holiday theme, and we are celebrating over on The Creative Team blog this month, with a theme for the challenge of holidays and lots and lots of giveaways as it is our birthday… two years to be precise! Where did the time go? This is my desk with my mini suitcase, and a few bits and bobs that are piled ( not so high) this week on my desk! I will of course try to get round to your desk this week, in-between spending my holiday watching the Olympics ( I am a confessed Olympic addict!!) .

Have a very happy woyww day!
Hugs

Oh dear, and there's me writing this and I AM on holiday plus the weather is fine. I too love the olympics especially the track and field events. Takes me back to me youth when I used to run for Lancashire, sadly, I can't even run for a bus now!! Happy 2nd birthday, may get back to joining in your challenges etc. when we go home - at some point.......

It's surprising where we can go to when we shut our eyes isn't it? Tropical island would suit me just now :-)

Enjoy all the Olympics :) Me? not watched a bit of it. Too much else absorbing me at the moment. I need a highlights show - having all the best bits in an hour would suit me just fine LOL!

That's a pretty neat space with lots of interesting things on it. Sounds as though most of us will be watching the Olympics instead of crafting for another week yet. Enjoy the break. Kate#100

I think we are all setting aside the usual routines and sitting a bit glued to the telly!

I have my eye on your blue box, great desk. As I'm in the south of the UK we seem to have less rain that expected. Francesca xxx #92

Lovely little sneak peek of your fab 'snakeskin' luggage that I've just been admiring over at The Artistic Stamper. Hope you're enjoying the current medal haul - 3rd in the table!!

Hi Jennie,
Must say I'm enjoying the Olympics too. The whole thing has been very stylish I think.
