Curiousity Masking....

This piece is for Linda's great challenge Compendium of Curiosities over on her blog-. This week's challenge is masks basics, on page 58, and I used the new Alterations Rickety House die, made my own mask, and added a few extras. Spot the pumpkin patch texture fade...which I cut out and distress inked. A little bit of Mustard Seed crackle paint for the moon and windows, and a few flying birds. Was kind of wishing for a tiny witch face for one of the windows.. but I don't have one :((

Thank you Linda for the challenge, it always stretches my creativity :))
Happy Creating

Great Job! I was just over at the challenge site viewing all of the other entries and everyone is so talented. Every week that goes by I wish I would have gotten in on this challenge and so many weeks have went by I could of a long time ago! My loss!

Well, if I didn't already want that die, I would now! It made the perfect mask for this completely fabulous, spooky, AWESOME Halloween tag, Jennie! The pumpkin embossing at the base was a true stroke of genius, too. I love the colors and the crackled moon, and the bird stamp is a cool touch!

Spectacular, as always!!!

Hello Jennie,

nice halloween tag !
you have the new alterations already !!! I wish I was in London now so I could buy them from you, like it did with all the others in April...

I pre-ordered them a while ago somewhere else... I hope they arrive soon...

Great that you used it as a mask.
My favorites are the crackled moon and the pumpkins !

greetings from belgium
Inge

PS : I wish you and Hels a very good craftshow !!!
