I silver uteed the Father Christmas on an Oval Stampbord, and then layered him on piece of card I had alcohol inked red with a bit too much with silver. It has tendency to take over if you use too much.

This is fantastic. I'd never have thought of using this technique with such a detailed stamp but it's worked beautifully.
